JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Operations Analyst at CJ America Bio works with the organization’s internal and external customers on a daily basis. The Sales Operations team improves efficiency for account managers and drives productivity through improved processes.
This individual will collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, cross-functional team and external vendors to solve problems. They will also enable sales performance for a rapidly expanding team and product offering, create operational efficiencies, deliver customer satisfaction and ensure organizational standards are met.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor’s Degree (1 to 2 years’ experience in Business, Economics, Accounting or related field preferred)
OR
· Associate’s Degree (2 years of directly related experience strongly preferred)
OR
· High School Diploma/GED & 4 years directly related work experience required
· B2B industry experience strongly preferred.
· Customer Service experience strongly preferred
· Supply chain / 3PL / warehouse management experience is a plus.
· Experience in the Food Industry is beneficial for this role.
· Travel: Up to 10% travel may be required for this position.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES
· Ability to participate in a high-performance team-based environment that is fast-learning and adaptive.
· Ability to communicate effectively and participate in a continuous improvement culture, including utilizing problem-solving skills.
· Required Computer skills (Intermediate Excel, SAP SD, TM, MM, EWM, and FI & Salesforce are plus)

· Must be able to maintain confidentiality.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations:
· Will require an understanding of workflow from a contract to an invoice.
· Create sales orders, outbound deliveries, warehouse releases, GI/executions and billings.
· Submit a VOC claim through Salesforce.
· Complete Price/Buy-in volume managements and Material/lot# managements (quarantined vs non-quarantined).
· Enter, update, and maintain data in SAP and Excel
· Perform and create a weekly closing report to prepare for a monthly closing and warehouse inventory management including weekly inventory matching.
Customer Relationship Management:
· Provide full support to CJ Sales and Staff including but not limited to providing sales ops documentation, creating analytical reports and more as requested
· Communicate and maintain good relationships with CJ customers and vendors.
· Serve as the main point of contact for customers (including CJ Finance team) regarding past dues or credit issues and be responsible for collections on past due payments from customers.
· Help support existing and secure new clients by assisting the account managers to ensure alignment of the client’s needs to CJ’s products.
· Provide supporting documents to internal and external stakeholders as requested such as BOL, COA, Invoices, etc.
· Correspond with customers daily through various communications methods to ensure customer satisfaction is met.
· Manage base credits for customers and renewing when necessary.
· Submit new customer set-up requests into MDG for completion.
Supply Chain Management/3rd Party Logistics:
· Communicate with the SCM team, the plants (U.S. & overseas), and 3PL to ensure our products move and deliver without any issue.
· Perform other duties as necessary.
