  • Position Location: Onalaska, WI – Relocation required, if not local
  • Compensation: $74,000 - $92,000 Annually

Purpose & Summary: As a Sales & Operations Analyst (Business Analyst) within our ITAD Business Unit, you’ll dive deep into business operations, sales, and financial data to uncover insights that drive growth and profitability. Whether you’re crafting financial models, streamlining processes, or strategizing for market expansion, you’ll be our go-to guru for data-driven decision-making. Get ready to roll up your sleeves and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to life!

Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Analyze operational, sales, and financial data to support high-impact business decisions.
  • Develop business models and reporting tools that enable us to move faster and smarter.
  • Research markets, competitors, and downstream vendors to support strategic planning.
  • Lead small-scale projects that improve processes and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate across departments to facilitate the redesign and implementation of business processes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, business planning, or a related field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in business analysis or leadership roles.
    Successful Candidate Profile: You’re an analytical powerhouse who loves puzzles—especially the kind that involve numbers, strategy, and growth. You’re also a great communicator who can translate complex data into “aha!” moments for diverse teams.
