Responsibilities
  • Reporting
  • Generate regular revenue reports and pipeline metrics to track performance against targets and objectives.
  • Develop Dashboard analytics: Create and maintain interactive dashboard to visual sales performance and pipeline status for senior leadership. Utilize data visualization tools to enable insightful analysis for decision-making.
  • Pipeline cleanup/ reporting: Review and refine the sales pipeline to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
  • Forecasting
  • Conduct weekly forecast of expected billings.
  • Assist in the development of sales forecasts and budget plans by providing data driven insights and analysis. Collaborate with sales and finance teams to align forecast with business objectives.
  • CRM Management (Salesforce)
  • Oversee the maintenance of CRM. Address any system issues and collaborate with vendors to resolve problems.
  • Implement CRM enhancements.
  • CRM reporting: Generate reports to track sales activities and pipeline status.
  • Sales Tools
  • Evaluate and manage sales tools to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Other duties as assigned
