JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Operations Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by analyzing data, optimizing processes, and providing insights to drive sales performance. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

PRIMARY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.
  • Develop and maintain sales reporting dashboards and tools to provide real-time insights to the sales team and management.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to define and implement sales strategies and processes that enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support sales initiatives and strategic planning.
  • Manage the sales forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
