The Sales Operations Analyst will support the sales team by providing data-driven insights, process improvements, and strategic analysis to optimize the sales cycle. The role involves collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment, streamline processes, and drive efficiency across the sales organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, an understanding of the automotive technology industry, and a passion for improving sales operations.
This role will be Hybrid to our Reading office and will require at least once a week travel to office or as and when required by the Line Manager.

EXPERIENCE:



    • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales analysis, or a related field (preferably in the automotive, software, or technology sectors).

    • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and other sales tools.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
    • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

      • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
      • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
      • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
      • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

      PREFERRED SKILLS:



        • Familiarity with the automotive technology or software development industry.

        • Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, BANT) and pipeline management strategies.
        • Understanding of pricing and quote generation processes in the automotive or software sectors.
