KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills; knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to data handling and reporting.
  • Fluent in German & English Language.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Analyst (m/w/d) to support our sales team with operational tasks, data analysis, and reporting. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow in sales operations while gaining exposure to forecasting, CRM data management, and performance tracking. You will work closely with sales managers and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data, efficient processes, and clear visibility into sales performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales Data & Reporting: Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards and reports to track sales performance, pipeline progression, and team activity metrics.
  • Pipeline & Forecasting Support: Support weekly pipeline reviews by preparing data summaries, assisting with data clean-up, and identifying inconsistencies in opportunity tracking.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize recurring sales processes through templates, automations, or documentation.
  • Salesforce Support: Help maintain data integrity in Salesforce, support basic troubleshooting, and assist users with best practices. (Salesforce experience is a plus, but not mandatory).
  • Territory & Hierarchy Updates: Support updates in sales territory assignments and hierarchy structures in Salesforce as needed.
