Sales Operations Analyst  Play your role in our team succeeding! We’re looking for a Sales Operations Analyst who will be the operational and data backbone for our Partner sales organizations. This person will play a key role in owning backend accuracy, compensation systems, expense tracking, and KPI reporting — ensuring every Partner and leader operates from one clear, reliable source of truth. As part of the Partner Team, the Sales Operations Analyst will work alongside a Sales Enablement Manager to provide visibility, accountability, and insights that drive growth, retention, and engagement across Moxie’s sales orgs. Core Responsibilities: Own Backend and Compensation Accuracy * Maintain backend logic and compensation systems for assigned Partner organizations. * Apply overrides, addendums, and one-off adjustments accurately and document all changes. * Audit backend data weekly to ensure alignment with agreements, pay structures, and performance. * Partner with the Sales Operations Director, Finance, and Payroll to ensure timely, accurate payouts. 2. Manage Expense Tracking and Validation * Track Partner-level expenses and approvals, ensuring all costs are properly recorded and integrated into backend logic. * Partner with Enablement and Finance to reconcile expenses, paybacks, and reimbursements. * Maintain detailed documentation and transparent records of all expense activity. 3. Deliver Reporting and KPI Insights * Create, maintain, and update Partner-level dashboards that track recruiting, onboarding, licensing, production, and retention. * Validate incoming data from the Systems & Data and IT Data teams to ensure accuracy and completeness. * Deliver weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to leadership and Partner Teams. * Highlight key insights, performance trends, and risk areas that impact growth and retention. 4. Support Partner Team Integration and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) * Partner directly with assigned Sales Enablement Managers as part of the Partner Team model. * Prepare and present backend summaries, KPI updates, and key insights for monthly Partner reviews. * Attend MBRs to provide backend and operational context and document follow-ups and corrective actions. * Ensure all Partner Teams operate from consistent, aligned data and reporting. 5. Produce Ad Hoc Reporting and Analysis * Build and deliver ad hoc reports to answer specific business questions for leadership and Partner Teams. * Provide real-time analysis on recruiting performance, production variances, and rep activity. * Collaborate with the Systems & Data and IT Data teams to validate new data sources or metrics. 6. Ensure Accountability, Accuracy, and Compliance * Maintain documentation and audit trails for all backend and reporting systems. * Ensure all backend logic aligns with signed Partner agreements and internal policies. * Identify and correct errors proactively, escalating discrepancies as needed. * Partner with Legal and leadership when agreement updates impact backend logic or compensation. 7. Continuous Improvement * Identify process inefficiencies and recommend automation or workflow enhancements. * Collaborate with the Sales Operations Director to improve backend structure and reporting tools. * Support new system integrations and testing for data accuracy and scalability. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field * 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or compensation management * Strong analytical, reporting, and Excel/Airtable skills * Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with accuracy * Excellent communication and attention to detail Preferred: * Experience working with door-to-door, field sales, or multi-market sales organizations * Familiarity with backend systems, compensation logic, or sales pay structures * Knowledge of CRM, Airtable, or data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI) * Experience collaborating with cross-functional departments like Finance, Legal, and Recruiting What We’re Looking For: * Highly organized and detail-oriented * Analytical thinker with a strong sense of ownership and accountability * Effective communicator who can translate data into clear business insights * Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment * Problem solver with a passion for accuracy, structure, and operational improvement WHY MOXIE?
