We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Reporting Analyst / Data Auditor to support our sales organization with accurate reporting, performance insights, and data integrity checks. This role is critical in enabling data-driven decision-making by delivering timely, accurate, and actionable sales reports and dashboards, while also ensuring the quality and consistency of sales data across systems.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop, maintain, and automate recurring sales performance reports and dashboards (e.g., pipeline, revenue, conversion rates, quotas).
  • Provide ad hoc analysis to support sales strategy, forecasting, and territory planning.
  • Audit sales and customer data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency across CRM and reporting platforms.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies, working closely with Sales, IT, and Data Engineering teams.
  • Track and analyze key sales metrics such as lead-to-close ratios, average deal size, sales cycle length, and rep productivity.
  • Ensure alignment of KPIs with business goals and reporting standards.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to reporting processes, data collection methods, and audit procedures.
  • Support the standardization of sales data definitions and reporting templates.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Finance, and Marketing to understand reporting needs and deliver insights that drive performance.
  • Train sales team members on how to interpret and use reports effectively.
