Academic Qualification (Business Degree)

EXPERIENCE

  • Management of sales operations (2 years).
  • Data management, administration, and accuracy
  • Good understanding of the complexities of the Sales process and environment, including direct experience of the sales function and behaviors
  • Established change management experience

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL

  • Ability to (re) design models, processes, and procedures
  • Sales Reward Plans
  • Dynamic, pro-active
  • Able to build collaborative working relationships

Responsibilities

PURPOSE

The Sales Operations Analyst supports key aspects of sales operations including reporting, analysis, establishing/executing/monitoring operational process, administering of sales commissions and general support to the sales teams. This role is part of the Sales Operations Team which supports Interactions, revenue growth through reliable data and process improvements. To be successful in this role, the Sales Operations Analyst should have a competitive spirit, experience supporting teams, a willingness to learn and a focus on helping the team be efficient while meeting and exceeding quotas

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales analytics and reporting for EURO leadership, Business units and salespeople
  • Build reporting capability in salesforce to show pipeline performance and sales cycle dynamics
  • Report against performance metrics on a regular basis
  • Identify trends and highlight exceptions
  • Support in development of sales analytics in Power Bi, Excel, Salesforce
  • Define pipeline management, including reporting and forecasting capability and method
  • Monitor pipeline against sales targets, and highlight risks and gaps
  • Lead the implementation, compliance and evolution of all processes in line with the business requirement
  • Ensure consistency in the use of the tools, to deliver standardized procedures, reporting and implementation across Business Units and Regions
  • Ensure the integrity and update of the following databases: Customer information and hierarchy, account profiles, individual contacts, opportunities
  • Develop the processes and procedures to ensure effective data management
  • Manage the operations of the Sales Incentive Plan at GEO level and ensure the calculation, validation and timely payment of commissions and bonuses
  • Manage ongoing completion & cleaning programs of the above data
