As a Sales Operations Analyst you’ll be responsible to drive operational excellence across Canada, LATAM, and APAC. This role ensures seamless logistics, sales operations, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain management, sales support, and international market dynamics, with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4-5 years of experience in supply chain and/or sales operations, ideally within consumer-packaged goods.
• Experience working with national retailers (Best Buy, Target, Walmart, Amazon) is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to quickly summarize and articulate complex situations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without day-to-day supervision.
