You will be the partner of sales managers and directors in forecasting, territory planning & management as well as their business review cadence. What You Will Get To Do: Own and execute timely, accurate, and insightful reports and analysis to field sales and sales management related to sales performance Analyze business needs, provide data and make recommendations to support sales management, field sales representatives, and other business functional teams Analyze issues and weaknesses in sales and operations processes therefore can make recommendations to improve the processes to drive productivity and efficiency Help sales team and sales management team prepare data for their team meetings as well as Go-To-Market & Quarterly Business Review meetings Partner with perspective sales leaders to plan, define and manage territory Assist with key sales planning activities during planning and budgeting cycle Collaborate with Incentive, Finance Operations, Data Optimization other divisions/departments to get tasks done and build cross functional relationships What You Will Bring: 2-3+ years of sales operations experience Excellent analytical & problem-solving skill Sales operations experience in a software organization Expert MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel. NY: Salary range for the position: $80,000 plus bonus USD to $95,000 plus bonus USD.
