WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

WhiteHat is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support our operations team. The best candidate will have excellent people and team skills, with a keen interest to learn the business, new tools, and processes. The individual will be a team player with a can-do attitude, and will think outside the box as needed. Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and Power Point is highly desired. This person will interact cross functionally and try to identify issues that need to be fixed in the interest of helping the business improve its processes.

Responsibilities
  • Work with sales teams to assist in ad-hoc day-to-day requests/activities (reporting, forecasting, opportunity management, fulfillment, process, SFDC, general issues/questions, etc.)
  • Coordinates between stakeholders and functional groups to help resolve issues.
  • Work with Sr. Business Analyst/Salesforce admin to facilitate any changes needed in SFDC.
  • Help in implementing business processes relating the sales organization and the various supporting roles involved with sales.
  • Support in improvement of existing sales operations policies/procedures with the Sr. Analyst.
  • Maintain reports and dashboards (forecast, opportunities, and list views for data cleansing).
  • Provide weekly updates regarding activity in Sales theaters/Regions/Sub Regions.
  • SFDC data cleanup and proactive monitoring support.
  • Identify areas of improvement to the Sales Operations team to help scale the business.
  • Any other priorities as identified by the Manager.
