We're looking for an experienced Sales Operations Analyst to join our Channel Operations team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Sales Operations, you'll be responsible for: Leading complex deal registration reviews, ensuring compliance and managing escalations with leadership Identifying workflow inefficiencies and driving process improvements and automation with IT and operations Acting as a senior point of contact for strategic partners and internal teams, guiding junior specialists Creating and presenting analytics and dashboards to inform leadership decisions and enhancing program performance Ensuring adherence to pricing, legal, and program policies while conducting audits, mentoring new team members and maintaining training materials What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) Having 5+ years of experience in deal registration, channel operations or partner programs Proven track record of process improvement and stakeholder management Having strong analytical and decision-making skills Proactively resolving complex issues and anticipating potential risks Thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Understanding the broader business impact of deal registration and contribute to program strategy Expertise in CRM and PRM systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, BI & Tableau) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred) #LI-Hybrid #LI-SP4 At Zscaler, we are committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve and the customers we work with.
