The Sales Operations and Pricing Manager focuses on optimizing sales processes, managing pricing strategies, and providing data-driven insights to improve sales performance. This role involves analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for process improvements and pricing adjustments.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Five or more years in Sales, sales support and/or contract management positions.

PREFERRED WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Demonstrated tenure working in sales, sales operations and contract management.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Sitting for long periods of time in front of a computer.

TECHNICAL /JOB SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:

  • Sales Knowledge: Understanding of sales processes, customer behavior, and market dynamics.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), CLM systems (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign), and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Strong understanding of contract structures and basic legal terms

SKILLS:

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw conclusions.
  • Data Management: Proficiency in using CRM systems and other data management tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate insights and recommendations.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve problems related to sales processes and pricing strategies.
