Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales Operations Assistant (m/f/d) to support our team in managing and maintaining offer and contract documentation templates, as well as handling order management processes. In this role, you will ensure that all sales-related documents are up to date, accurate, and aligned with company standards.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in sales operations, order management, or administrative support (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with CRM/ERP systems is a plus
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills in (German & English)

  • Template & Document Management: Maintain and update offer and contract templates to ensure accuracy, compliance, and usability for the sales team
  • Order Management: Process incoming orders, verify details, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Document Administration: Organize and manage sales-related documents, ensuring consistency and adherence to company policies
  • Coordination & Communication: Serve as a liaison between sales, finance, and operations to ensure smooth document handling and order processing
