Job Summary:
The Sales Operations Associate will work closely with Sales Operations Director and sales leadership to
maintain sales processes, and ensure the sales organization has the tools to achieve sales objectives.

Knowledge, Skills/ Abilities:

  • Provides Administrative support to the sales team at the direction of the Sales Operations

Director and the VP of Sales.

  • Oversee & augment sales tech stack to ensure that the tools are making the sellers more

effective (e.g. CRM)

  • Primary administrator for sales tech stack, including onboarding and ongoing training, and

utilization.

  • Provides needed support resolving data inquiries and assembling reports.
  • Partners with data analytics team to provide sales and operation data to support sales

written and revenue goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or associate degree or relevant experience in a sales organization preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in Tableau or equivalent analytics platform
  • Proficiency with the use of CRM systems
  • Self-starter with excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to present data & strategies in front of groups.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements
  • Research and reporting skills to analyze sales data.
  • Self-motivated, data-driven and a proactive approach to supporting a sales operations team.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting in a car, on a plane, or at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to travel approximately 5% of the time
