Responsibilities
  • Contact person for our customers in Eastern Europe for all administrative and operational matters in Sales Operations
  • Handling of order management (SAP & EDI order processing, order split, order reconciliation, order communication and order release)
  • Creation of analyses and reports for internal and external provision
  • Monitoring of order release and seasonal deliveries
  • Active support in achieving our fiscal and quarterly targets
  • Complaints and returns management
  • Close cooperation and coordination with adjacent departments (Sales, Finance, Logistics, Production, and Brand Planning)
  • Regular exchange with the regional Sales Operations team and our EMEA headquarterParticipation in internal projects process optimizatio
