Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Operations Associate to support our growing sales team. Job Responsibilities Sales Operations & Support Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team and field personnel Assist in handling customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner Reports & Data Management Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, dashboards, and performance tracking Analyze data and translate it into actionable insights for the team Monitor sales performance against targets and highlight key trends and opportunities Document & Presentation Preparation Develop presentation decks and materials for client meetings, showroom visits, and business reviews Ensure all schedules, documents, and logistics are well-organized and aligned with objectives Account Performance Monitoring Track account performance and provide updates and insights to Account Officers Support initiatives to drive account growth and improve overall performance Product & Sales Coordination Maintain updated knowledge of the company’s product portfolio Ensure accuracy and consistency of product information across reports and presentations Records & Systems Management Maintain organized and up-to-date sales records, databases, and documentation Ensure all files and data are accurate, accessible, and properly managed Qualifications Graduate of any 4-year business-related course At least 1 year of experience in sales administration or sales operations Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and accounts simultaneously
