Sales Operations Associate POSITION SNAPSHOT Company: Nestlé Business Solutions Location: Cairo, Egypt. Department: Order to Cash  Position Summary Joining Nestlé means you are joining the largest food and Beverage Company in the world.  At our very core, we are a human environment – passionate people driven by the purpose of enhancing the quality of life and contributing to a healthier future.  Accountable for end-to-end sales support and customer lifecycle management, ensuring accurate master data, timely customer setup, order maintenance, pricing, promotions, and distributor sell-out reporting to enable seamless sales operations. Acts as a key liaison between Sales, Finance, Analytics, and Order-to-Cash teams, delivering critical reports, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous process improvements and standardization across markets.  A Day in the Life- Responsible of Customer Life Cycle activities though initiating of customer creation, modification and closure forms with the collaboration of Sales & Customer Master data teams ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of creation to avoid losing sales.                                                 -Collaborate directly with GBM & Channel Managers to approve on Promotional Payments to customers on daily basis based on the agreement details ensuring compliance by collecting and validating all documentations.                                 -Responsible of collecting and validating Distributor Sellout Data, reporting the figures to Sales Analytics in Head Office.                                 -Responsible of maintaining master data for Azure / Manual / Hybris Orders.                                                 -Responsible of creating the monthly price list report communicating it with Sales Team, Country Finance Manager and Sales Analytics.                                                 -Responsible of creating the monthly listing memo including the monthly promotions and deals to Sales team in order to engage with the customers for Sales.
