SUMMARY OF POSITION The Sales & Operational Associate plays a pivotal role in supporting our Sales and Operations Team by managing operational tasks, providing training and guidance on the technologies used by sales teams, and assisting in reporting and delivering actionable insights to drive sales and operations performance. JOB DUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Collaborate closely with various teams both inside and outside the organization to streamline processes, communication, enhance data accuracy, and empower sales leaders with comprehensive reporting and analysis Resolves inbound requests from the Sales organization, including reporting and questions about sales processes Develop and generate reports to provide insights into sales activities, performance metrics, and key performance indicators Assist with the preparation of sales presentations for sales leaders, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations based on data analysis Assist sales leaders in interpreting and understanding the implications of the data analysis to support informed decision-making Continuously assess and improve reporting processes and methodologies to streamline data analysis and reporting efficiency Assist in the planning and execution of processes, systems, and data projects to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness Manage the operational onboarding process for new customers, ensuring smooth integration into sales systems and operational processes Maintain and manage customer portals to provide sales forecasting to the materials management and procurement teams. Participate in customer meetings to support initiatives to execute follow through both inside and outside the organization. Participate in customer meetings Provide training and guidance to sales team members on processes as needed to ensure efficiency Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES): Minimum education requirement is a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field 0–2+ years of experience in sales operations, supply chain, or an analytical commercial role Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, basic modeling) Proven experience in reporting and data analysis, preferably within a sales or business intelligence role Strong proficiency in report creation, dashboards, and data manipulation Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex sales data and draw actionable insights Proficient in creating visually appealing and impactful presentations using tools such as PowerPoint Strong collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams Detail-oriented is critical for this position with a focus on data accuracy, integrity, and follow-up Excellent communication skills to convey complex data findings to sales leaders, customers and operations teams in a clear and concise manner Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs NEXXTA IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
