As a Sales Operations Associate at Understory, you’ll provide vital support to our sales team by keeping systems running smoothly, ensuring accurate reporting, and helping with day-to-day tasks that keep deals moving forward. Responsibilities
  • Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and coordination of resources.
  • Keeping sales data and records accurate and up to date in our CRM and other systems.
  • Creating and maintaining simple reports and dashboards to track performance and highlight trends.
  • Supporting the preparation of presentations and sales materials for internal and external meetings.
  • Jumping in on ad hoc projects that improve sales team efficiency and help streamline workflows.
  • Partnering with teammates across the organization to keep information flowing and processes aligned.
