Here at Aceve we are growing fast, and now have an exciting opening available for an addition to our Sales Operations team who wants to be part of our exciting growth and transformation journey! Growing quickly, both organically, and through continuous acquisitions, you will be an instrumental member of our team, driving commercial excellence within the organization, ensuring that all are following our internal processes, best practices, leveraging all available tools at their disposal, and continuously supporting, and driving our sales team forward!
As we continue to develop our internal systems, you will also play a key role in actively leading workshops to refine our business processes, while driving forward our systems migrations for new acquisitions in collaboration with our Salesforce development team in order to ensure a successful, and timely migration into our corporate systems landscape. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Prior experience at a Software or SaaS based company is highly preferred.
  • BA/BS in Business, related discipline, or equivalent in training and experience
  • 5-10 years work experience in Finance, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or other appropriate background.
  • Strong project management experience required, leading and driving process improvements.
  • Outstanding collaboration skills, with proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders across business lines to accomplish shared goals and manage expectations
  • Excellent technical skills required including experience with database collection and structure
  • Strong Excel & financial modeling skills
  • Well versed with CRM and BI systems, ideally Salesforce and PowerBI
  • Strong written and verbal skills as well as interpersonal skills; ability to communicate about technical matters in layman’s terms as well as clearly articulate thoughts, vision and direction
  • Excellent work ethic and successful record of on-time project delivery
  • Ability to deliver a high degree of customer satisfaction to clients
  • Self-starter capable of balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional judgment & solution-oriented problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
  • Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, pipeline management, performance reviews, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts, in addition to data and process hygiene. As needed, coordinates planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the firm.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement, and takes a lead in driving ongoing process improvement workstreams. Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality, and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
  • Leads, and drives acquisition integration projects, including migrations into our corporate systems, and processes.
  • Builds and maintains the TAM (Total Addressable Market) and ensures this is aligned with current sales strategy. Supports the equitable assignment of sales force territories and works to ensure all sales organization objectives are assigned and completed in a timely fashion.
  • Provides operational support in the maintenance, and development of our existing tech stack for Field Sales and Business Development teams.
  • Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essentials to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports, and actively assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
  • Leads onboarding and enablement programs on sales systems, primarily CRM and BI, to field sales teams. Monitors the assigned sales organization’s compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data.
  • Coordinates training delivery to sales, sales management, and sales support personnel; both onboarding and ongoing refreshers as required, to ensure the team is not only fully enabled, but also efficiently and actively leveraging all tools that are available to them.
  • Works with cross-functional departments (Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Finance etc.) across all markets to ensure efficient go-to-market operations.
  • Documents sales policies and procedures.
  • Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives.
  • Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel.
