Position Description: We are seeking a Sales Operations Commission Specialist to join our dynamic Sales Operations team. This role will support the PAR Technology Restaurant Group in managing and optimizing sales commission and incentive plans. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with Incentive Compensation Management tools. Responsibilities include compiling and auditing inbound commissionable data sources, calculating commissions, supporting leadership approvals, troubleshooting and building SPIFF logic, and summarizing commission expenses for leadership review.

Reports To: Director, Sales Operations

Responsibilities
  • Calculate and manage commission payouts accurately and on time
  • Audit and reconcile inbound data sources related to commissionable activities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align commission logic with sales plans
  • Build new logic and troubleshoot SPIFFs based on evolving incentive programs
  • Create regular reports and summaries for leadership review
