The Sales Operations Consultant use their analytical skills and knowledge of sales procedures to optimize the sales team’s operations and improve business results. This role acts as a link between the sales team and other organizational departments.

About the Job

• You analyze sales data and provide insights that support the sales strategy and help identify growth opportunities.
• You generate reports on key sales metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and KPIs.
• You create and maintain documentation related to sales processes, policies, and training materials.
• You assist in the development and implementation of sales tools and technologies.
• You facilitate an effective lead qualification process to support pipeline efficiency.
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and product.
• You manage and optimize sales tracking systems and report on critical information.
• You stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in sales operations.
• You monitor the accuracy and timely distribution of sales reports and other essential intelligence.
• You recommend improvements to existing reports or help develop new reporting tools when needed.

About You

• You combine academic knowledge with hands-on experience in business or sales-related roles.
• You are proficient in MS Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint, and use these tools effectively for analysis and presentations.
• You think entrepreneurially, take initiative, and work in a structured and reliable way.
• You embrace change, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your responsibilities.
• You speak English at an advanced level and communicate confidently in international environments.
