Description
Works to ensure compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) regulations for all contracts. Executes against plan and shows progress towards individual and team goals, as well as communicates effectively to internal clients while maintaining a positive and productive attitude. Creates and modifies Sales proposals within the Veradigm Quote Tools. Uses discovery details to interpret client needs. Maintains accurate and efficient proposal status and routes information for all assigned proposals. Manages communications and feedback from Sales Executives related to proposal processing. Obtains the necessary approvals for procedural and legal compliance Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (i.e. Word, Excel- pivot tables, formulas, Outlook) Proficient in Salesforce.com Standard work week Monday to Friday Primarily works in standard office environment or remotely May require after-hours, on-call support and/or holidays On-call and after hours work during peak times including end of month/quarter/year; during this time Benefits Veradigm believes in empowering our associates with the tools and flexibility to bring the best version of themselves to work. Responsibilities
