Description
The Sales Operations & Contract Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Business Development (BD) team by managing all sales-related administrative and contract processes. This position ensures that proposals and agreements are accurate, compliant, and completed on time, enabling the BD team to focus on client engagement and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of coordinating seamlessly with internal teams, clients, and external messengers. This role is essential to maintaining smooth sales operations and ensuring a professional contracting experience for all clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Contract Preparation & Documentation Prepare, update, and review contracts to ensure alignment with BD proposals, including scope of work, pricing, timelines, deliverables, and terms. Prepare required company documents for contract signing. Verify accuracy and completeness of all documents before sending for signatures. 2. Contract Coordination & Follow-up Manage the full contract lifecycle: drafting → approvals → signature → completion → archiving. Coordinate with clients, internal signatories, and messengers for document pickup and delivery. Track contract status and proactively follow up to prevent delays. Maintain organized digital and physical contract filing systems. 3. Sales Operations Support Support BD team in preparing forms, onboarding documents, and client setup requirements. Assist with proposal-to-contract mapping and internal approval workflows. Handle administrative tasks such as updating trackers, client records, and commercial documentation. 4. Accuracy, Compliance & Process Quality Ensure all contracts adhere to company standards and policies. Identify gaps or inconsistencies and correct them before submission. Improve template accuracy and streamline the contract process to support faster sales operations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in contract administration, sales coordination, or related administrative roles preferred. Extremely detail-oriented with strong accuracy and document-checking skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities; able to manage multiple contracts at once. Good communication skills in Thai and English. Familiarity with legal documents, contracting processes, or BD operations is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and PDF tools.
