We’re looking for a proactive, reliable, and meticulous Sales Operations Coordinator in Salt Lake City. The sales operations coordinator supports the sales management team. This person reports directly to the vice president of sales. The company is focused on producing high-quality materials with a low impact on the environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis tools, G-suite products- slides, docs, sheets
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
• Able to generate reports, synthesize data and report back to sales and marketing leaders
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
