AVOLT is a Stockholm-based design studio that develops, designs, and markets objects that extend electricity to devices, deploying Scandinavian design for homes, offices, and public spaces across Europe, the UK, and the USA. We are now looking for a Sales & Operations Coordinator, a key role that brings together our daily operations, B2B order flows, logistics, and e-commerce customer relations. This is a role for someone who makes things happen, enjoys working close to the business, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. About the Role As an Operations Coordinator, you will take on a central and varied position within AVOLT’s operations. You will work closely with B2B sales, Ecommerce, supply chain, and our external partners, and you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth deliveries across multiple global markets. Your main areas of responsibility include: B2B Operations Manage and coordinate incoming B2B orders from retailers, distributors, and architects. Ensure accurate order details, product data, commercial terms, and delivery information. Work with international shipments and understand key trade terms such as DAP, DDP, customs procedures, duties, and import requirements. Coordinate with our warehouses and freight partners in Europe and the US. Support key account activities with quotes, documentation, and order follow-up. Support our sales team in planning, coordinating, and executing fairs and exhibitions, which may include occasional travel. Ecommerce Customer Relations Serve as the primary point of contact for Ecommerce customers via email, chat, and social channels, Provide clear, friendly, and efficient guidance on deliveries, product questions, returns, and payments, making sure customers are satisfied with our product and customer experience. Identify recurring issues and suggest process or content improvements. Logistics & Administration Ensure orders are dispatched on time, freight choices, and delivery details are correct. Monitor international shipments and proactively resolve delivery or customs-related issues. Collaborate with warehouse teams in Sweden and the US to maintain high delivery quality. Assist with routine administrative tasks such as invoicing, credit notes, and coordination with the finance team. Contribute to maintaining updated, efficient, and well-documented internal workflows. Internal Coordination Help out by facilitating communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth coordination and efficient operations. Service-minded, with the ability to create clarity and trust in customer interactions, always want to do the little extra things for our customers. You don’t need a long academic background, your mindset, structure, and energy matter more. Experience in logistics, order handling, B2B operations, or e-commerce is a strong plus. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish. Previous experience in operations, administration, logistics, or customer-facing roles is beneficial. Comfortable with digital tools, structured systems, and process-driven work. Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and take initiative and responsibility.
