QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
1-3 years of experience in sales operations, coordination, or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions.
Proficiency in using standard business tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Adobe Pro and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage workload independently and meet deadlines.
Effective communication skills for exchanging information clearly with team members and other departments.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while understanding broader team and organizational dynamics.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work in line with established processes.
Adaptable and willing to learn new systems or procedures as required

Responsibilities

Demonstrates working knowledge and skills gained through formal training or relevant work experience.
Prepare new and existing customer pre-qualifications to provide documents as needed
Work cross functionally with Safety, Sales, Proposal Coordinators, Legal, and Estimators to compile required data for customer and senior leadership requests.
Support with customer proposals and estimates.
Operates within established and developing processes with moderate supervision.
Understands the relationship of assigned duties to team objectives and how the team interacts with other related teams.
Resolves typical problems within the work area independently.
Contributes to team success through the quality of services or information provided, adhering to standardized procedures and receiving regular guidance.
