We are looking for a dynamic Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team!
As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our Sales Operations team, directly reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining effective systems for capturing and handling inbound sales leads, coordinating sales meetings and activities, and producing accurate sales dashboards and reports. You will act as a key point of contact for Sales Directors, ensuring seamless communication and support.

Some of your key responsibilities in this role will be;

  • Maintain effective systems for capturing and handling inbound sales leads
  • Working closely with Sales Directors to ensure information and approval gate details are completed
  • Act as point of contact and in support of Sales Directors
  • Produce accurate Sales Dashboard, forecast and management reporting information for CCO
  • Coordinate sales meeting and activities as required with CCO
  • Work closely with the Bid Manager to ensure compliance with IMS processes, and you will be the expert user and administrative responsible for tools such as CRM, KYC and lead lists
