Description We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented, and proactive professional to serve as the right hand to our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This is a high-impact role that blends executive administration with sales operations and financial oversight. You will be the "bridge" between the CRO and our Loan Officers (LOs), ensuring the sales team runs efficiently and the CRO stays focused on high-level growth. Requirements Key Responsibilities Executive Support: Manage the CRO calendar, prioritize emails, and act as a gatekeeper to ensure their time is spent on top-tier priorities. Financial & Data Oversight: Organize sales data, run payroll reports for recruiters, and conduct P&L reviews with Loan Officers to ensure profitability. Operational Execution: Process compensation and organizational changes for the sales team and adjust LO margins upon request. Team Liaison: Represent the CRO in communications with Loan Officers, fielding questions and providing guidance on company processes. Onboarding & Culture: Check in on new hires to ensure a smooth transition and schedule initial P&L orientations for incoming talent. Qualifications Mortgage Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Loan Officer workflows, margins, and P&L structures is highly preferred. Financial Acumen: Comfortable reading financial statements and running detailed reports. High Emotional Intelligence: Ability to represent the CRO with professionalism and handle sensitive compensation data with total discretion. Local Presence: Must be able to work out of our Lindon, UT office daily. Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 per year
