We’re growing quickly, and we’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our team and play a key role in enabling and scaling our sales organization.

As our Sales Operations Manager, your days might include:

  • Building and refining sales workflows that help our team move faster and smarter
  • Owning and optimizing our CRM (HubSpot) and sales tools like Apollo and Pandadoc
  • Analyzing pipeline data to uncover bottlenecks and forecast revenue
  • Collaborating with leadership to set goals, design territories, and track performance
  • Equipping the team with the right tools, templates, training, and tech
  • Monitoring sales KPIs and turning raw data into clean dashboards and insights
  • Reviewing call recordings or proposals to ensure process and policy alignment
  • Leading process audits or tool evaluations to support continuous improvement

Some things we’ll need from you:

  • 4+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related roles
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Apollo, and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Track record of building or optimizing sales systems and reporting
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and move fast

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
