QUALIFICATIONS & FIT:

  • Comfort with administrative tasks, documentation, and data entry.
  • Quick learner with ability to master dealership-specific software tools (experience with CDK or other dealer management systems not required but is a plus).
  • Collaborative, service-oriented mindset for working with sales, finance, and operations teams.
  • Desire to grow with a fast-paced, scrappy, early-stage company.
  • Bonus points: Prior experience in automotive retail, sales support, or administrative roles.

Responsibilities

You’ll join Ever as our first dedicated Sales Operations Coordinator, ensuring that every sale moves seamlessly from the showroom floor to completed contracts. After our sales associates help a customer choose their EV, you’ll step in to own the administrative flow, handle paperwork, and make sure all details are captured accurately in our systems. This is a foundational role that enables the sales team to focus on selling while you keep deals moving forward with precision.

  • Prepare and finalize all vehicle purchase paperwork and contracts once a sale is made.
  • Ensure customer documentation (insurance info, driver’s license, financing details, etc.) is complete, accurate, and compliant with dealership and regulatory requirements.
  • Input and maintain customer and vehicle data in our dealer management system (e.g., CDK or similar).
  • Partner closely with sales and finance teams to coordinate smooth handoffs and prevent delays.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance the customer experience.
