  • Upsell inbound orders and cross-sell other services where appropriate

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role
  • Demonstrated success working in a performance-driven environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, empathy, creativity, and a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Strong active listening skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability
  • Tech-savvy and confident using computer software, CRM platforms, and online tools
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM software is a strong plus
  • Comfortable balancing multiple tasks, shifting priorities, and managing time effectively
  • Punctual, reliable, and receptive to feedback and growth opportunities
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to a team-driven culture
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (Note: we don’t sponsor visas)
