Operations & Sales CoordinatorAED 6,000 – 8,000 per month + medical insurance

Vachi Storage runs premium climate-controlled self-storage across two sites in Al Quoz, open 24/7. Our first site is almost full, our second site has just opened, and we're bringing moving in-house to take on Dubai's movers and packers.

We move fast. Nothing sits still here, and nothing gets forgotten. We want someone who owns a result from start to finish without being chased.

This role is right for you if- A stalled task bothers you more than a busy day does- "I sent the email" doesn't feel finished until the client has actually moved in- You enjoy selling and aren't shy about asking for the booking- You already use AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to work faster- You'd rather fix something and tell us afterwards than wait to be asked

What you'll own- Filling units: handle WhatsApp, phone and walk-in enquiries, show clients the lockers, recommend the right size and close the booking, with a focus on filling our second site- Selling the full package: annual contracts, storage insurance and padlocks, selling on value because pricing and offers are set- Move-ins and move-outs: coordinate each move with our in-house moving crew so it runs smoothly from booking to handover- Running both sites: daily unit checks, cleanliness, security handovers and site readiness- Keeping client records clean: bookings, payments, renewals and overdue accounts, chased until they're resolved- Improving how we work: follow our SOPs, point out where they break, help rewrite them- Reporting outcomes: short, direct updates on what moved, what's stuck and what you need

What you bring- 1–3 years in sales, customer service, hospitality, real estate or operations in the UAE- A record of hitting targets, or proof that you get results- Organised and fast with systems: CRMs or booking platforms, WhatsApp Business, Excel or Google Sheets- Clear, confident English. Arabic, Russian or Hindi is a strong plus- Hands-on and comfortable working in a warehouse- UAE driving licence preferred- Based in Dubai and able to start soon
