Responsibilities

PRIMARY ROLE

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, your responsibilities will include comprehensive support for the sales team, conducting sales analysis, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining periodic client communication. This role also focuses on optimizing sales processes and enhancing overall sales team productivity. Crucial to the financial and contractual workflow, this role involves close collaboration with Account Executives (AEs) to ensure seamless contract execution and efficient management of all payment and invoice scheduling.
This position can be based at any of our offices in Columbus, OH, Cincinnati, OH, Canton, MA, Gurnee, IL.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales Team Support: Assisting with sales activities, providing necessary resources, and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Conduct in-depth lead research using Zoominfo to identify and qualify potential sales opportunities.
  • Contribute to and support the sales forecasting process, providing data-driven insight to aid strategic decision-making.
  • Data Management: Maintaining and updating customer and sales data.
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales system information within Salesforce, Lasso and Zoominfo.
  • Collaborate with Amplify Sales Analyst to develop, execute and present data interpretations and support comprehensive market analysis.
  • Leverage data analysis tools and CRM platform to generate and deliver actionable, data-driven recommendations
  • Administrative Support: Handling paperwork, creating sales reports, managing customer information, and preparing sales presentations.
  • Partner with Account Executives(AEs) to facilitate the preparation, review and execution of sales contracts.
  • Ensure all contract terms strictly adhere to client requirements and company policies, while meticulously maintaining organized records.
  • Manage the determination and scheduling of invoices in accordance with approved budgets and client agreements. Proactively follow-up with AEs, Production Managers (PMs) and Producers to ensure timely payment collection.
  • Generate and maintain comprehensive sales reports to track performance and inform decision-making.
  • Project Coordination: Assisting with the planning and execution of sales-related projects.
  • Manage coordination of marketing conferences, including calendar planning, timely facilitation of exhibit assets, and tracking and analysis of ROI.
  • Act as a central point of contact for inter-departmental communication regarding sales projects, ensuring information flows efficiently between sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
  • Manage the rollout of new sales collateral by liaising between the marketing and sales teams, ensuring timely delivery of assets, leading to improved sales enablement.
