Our opportunity
As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will support the Sales Managers to ensure the administration of the sales department is managed effectively by providing day to day administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure Salesforce CRM, PlanIT, and all other systems are updated with accurate and current information.
Participate in sales meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes and manage follow-up actions.
Provide input on sales status, customer activity, and consultant performance upon request by Sales Managers.
Support Sales Managers to ensure display suites and sales offices are presented and operated to a high standard.
Prepare regular sales reports on sales activity, PCG updates, enquiry summaries, and commission tracking.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders such as contractors, solicitors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations.
Support and assist at sales launches and project events.
Your point of difference
To be successful, you will have 3+ years of residential real estate contract and sales administration experience.
A thorough understanding of Victorian contracts of sale of real estate
Salesforce experience is an advantage
Previous experience working with residential real estate agents
Strong attention to detail
Database management systems skills
Access to a vehicle
Availability to work on weekends (on the rare occasion)
