A LITTLE ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our Revenue Operations team. This role is crucial in managing inbound customer inquiries and ensuring efficient lead routing to our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to sales operations and contribute to the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will be someone who is looking to start their career in sales operations and who is a self-starter.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Inbound Call Management:
  • Answer incoming calls to the sales phone number promptly and professionally
  • Assess caller needs and route calls to the appropriate territory Business Development Representative (BDR) or Account Executive
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our sales territories and team structure to ensure accurate call routing
  • Web Chat Support:
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries through our web chat platform
  • Provide initial customer support and information about our products/services
  • Qualify and route inbound leads from web chat to the relevant sales team members
  • Lead and Contact Data Enrichment:
  • Gather and input additional information for new leads to enhance lead quality
  • Outbound dial prospect to verify or procure necessary data for distribution
  • Update and enrich data for existing prospect accounts in our CRM system
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness to support sales team effectiveness
  • General Support:
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting and address common customer queries
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and routing processes
