Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE AS SALES OPERATIONS COORDINATOR:

As our Sales Operations Coordinator, you will serve as the operational backbone of Ripple Street’s revenue team. Your focus will be on streamlining processes, maintaining CRM accuracy, and driving efficiency across the sales funnel. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data, structure, and cross-functional teamwork. You’ll be directly supporting sellers and leadership, ensuring that data and processes fuel our business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

CRM Management & Optimization

  • Maintain and optimize HubSpot CRM to ensure accurate sales data
  • Provide training and support to team members on best CRM practices

Sales Reporting & Insights

  • Monitor KPIs, pipeline, and quota performance
  • Create and analyze sales reports to drive decisions

Process Development

  • Build and refine sales workflows that promote efficiency
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to manage leads and data integrity

Documentation & Support

  • Assist in maintaining sales materials and process documentation
  • Audit and clean sales data to ensure consistency and accuracy

Other Duties as Assigned

  • Work across departments to support new initiatives and projects
