Description

We are an interior design and 3D visualization studio based in Dubai, seeking a Sales & Operations Coordinator to support our growing business.
The ideal candidate will manage client leads, coordinate day-to-day operations, and provide administrative and financial support to ensure smooth workflow across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and manage leads from different marketing channels and record them in the CRM system.
  • Prepare quotations/pro forma invoices and follow up with clients for approval.
  • Maintain and organize client files and project documents.
  • Review employee timesheets, calculate project hours, and prepare monthly reports.
  • Record daily payments in Xero accounting software and assist with reconciliations.
  • Follow up on client payments and outstanding collections.
  • Assist with furniture and material orders, coordinate deliveries, and ensure timely completion.
  • Schedule meetings, manage the team calendar, and coordinate appointments.
  • Support marketing activities, including newsletters, email responses, and social media post scheduling.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years’ experience in administration, sales coordination, or operations (interior design/fit-out industry is a plus).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Xero accounting software (or willingness to learn).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per mont
