WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Collaborate with colleagues to gather accurate answers in our responses to Request for Proposal (RFPs)
• Ensure accurate submissions to RFPs, sometimes within tight timescales
• Review and edit RFP responses for clarity and consistency
• Assist in the delivery of sales and marketing campaigns such as events, social media and email nurturing
• Write, edit and review written copy for sales collateral to ensure maximum impact
• Manage the storage of sales and marketing collateral to ensure easy access for customer facing teams
• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities across the marketing and sales funnel
• Maintain accurate records of activity in our CRM tool
• Assist in the preparation of sales and marketing reports for management
