Job Description Contribute to the operational efficiency of the sales team to achieve performance and growth targets by ensuring operational efficiency across the sales process, maintaining sales documentation, organizing internal knowledge, assisting in the creation of impactful presentations, monitoring KPIs, and serving as a liaison between sales and other departments, as well as external stakeholders, to ensure effective coordination and execution. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Administrative Support Assist in preparing and updating sales proposals, client decks, and supporting documents. Help schedule meetings, coordinate follow-ups, and manage sales calendars. Ensure consistent documentation and proper storage of sales materials and communications. Knowledge & Content Management Organize and maintain a structured internal knowledge base with relevant materials from past and ongoing projects. Upload and regularly update sales assets, case studies, templates, and reference documents. Presentation & Pre-Sales Material Support Support the design and assembly of pre-sales presentations, ensuring visual clarity and alignment with business messaging. Work with the sales and marketing teams to adapt content as needed for specific clients or verticals. KPI Tracking & Reporting Track sales performance indicators and assist in compiling regular reports (e.g., weekly pipeline updates, KAM reports, quarterly results). Support data accuracy and consistency within Salesforce and reporting tools. Internal & External Coordination Act as a point of contact between sales, marketing, operations, and other departments and, when needed, external stakeholders, to ensure timely information sharing and task execution. Follow up on action items related to sales initiatives and ensure deadlines are met. Is responsible for adhering to Devoteam Portugal IMS policies and related procedures. Qualifications Academic degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is typically required or any other equivalent/relevant field. Preferably a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or sales roles is usually required. Direct experience working with key clients is highly desirable. Experience in CRM Management and Pipeline Monitoring. Forecasting Support and knowledge Base Management Data. Experience in analysis and KPI Monitoring and Reporting. Knowledge in Project Management. Strong problem-solving skills to address client issues and challenges effectively; Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute account plans to achieve objectives; Good communication and collaboration skills. Good skills in time management. Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong client relationships. Capability to speak, understand, read and write English at a professional level.
