POSITION
Conferma is looking for an experienced Sales Operations Director to develop and implement sales, planning, processes, tools and procedures to increase efficiency, productivity and revenue. Partnering with the Commercial Leadership team to drive growth and remove operational barriers in support of the business strategy and objectives will be a critical element of the role. The successful candidate will be a highly structured and driven professional, with experience in analytical rigor, project management and a mix of strategic and operational work. This is a great opportunity for A self-starter who can quickly jump in and take day-to-day ownership of Sales Operations and drive key strategic initiatives and their outcomes from the ground up. This role will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.
