What we are looking for: The Sales & Service Business Operations (SSBO) team drives scalable growth, operational excellence, and data-driven decision making across Nova’s global Sales and Service organization. Nova is seeking a Sales Operations Director to lead global business operations, including sales processes, forecasting, processes, and systems. This senior role combines strategic leadership with hands on execution and cross functional influence Role Responsibilities Lead and develop a global Sales Operations team supporting regions and key accounts Act as the global owner of end-to-end commercial processes Drive integration of forecasting, planning, pricing, agreements, commissions, and customer lifecycle operations Partner closely with Sales leadership, business divisions, and Finance Enhance and standardize processes within Salesforce and Oracle ERP while ensuring data quality and system alignment Define roles, KPIs, and accountability, and oversee day-to-day execution Own commercial processes including quoting, pricing, agreements, sales orders, and evaluations Establish and improve global processes, controls, and documentation, ensuring compliance across regions Support planning, analysis, reporting, and executive reviews Foster a culture of operational excellence, discipline, and data-driven decision-making Requirements B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering – mandatory 10+ years of experience in Business Operations / Sales Operations in a global, complex B2B environment (semiconductor industry strongly preferred) Proven experience managing and scaling teams Demonstrated ability to operate at Director level, partnering with senior leadership and executives Strong Salesforce and CRM experience ERP knowledge (Oracle advantage) Deep understanding of forecasting, pricing, and commercial governance Advanced analytical skills Experience in SOX-controlled environments That special something you bring in: Strong management presence and influence Ability to work in complex, global, matrix organizations High standards for accuracy, compliance, and execution Get to know us better: Nova (NASDAQ: NVMI) is a global company and a leading provider of innovative metrology solutions for process control in semiconductor manufacturing.
