The Sales Operations role at Aegis Group is integral to ensuring efficient execution and administration of international commodity trade sales contracts. The position supports end-to-end sales contract management, shipment coordination, documentation, client communications, and payment tracking. This role works closely with sales, sourcing, shipping, finance, and compliance teams to ensure timely and accurate contract fulfillment and client satisfaction. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Finance, or a related field. Experience: 2-5 years experience in sales operations, trade operations, or export-import within the commodities or trading industry. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Familiarity with Google Workspace and collaboration tools such as Slack, Notion. Experience with Letter of Credit (LC) and UCP600 documentation processes. Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Soft Skills: Strong organizational and coordination skills. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
