As Burendo grow, we’re looking to hire a Sales Operations Executive to join our Business Development Team. As a Sales Operations Executive you’ll be central to ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our business development activities. You’ll be responsible for data accuracy, sales reporting, partner coordination, and helping the team stay organised and on target.
Requirements

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys making things more efficient, and brings energy and initiative to their work. You don’t need a long track record but you should be organised, have a data driven mindset, and confident working with business development people.

Responsibilities
  • CRM Administration: Maintain and optimise our use of HubSpot, ensuring accurate data entry, regular updates, and adoption across the BD team.
  • Sales Reporting: Create and maintain reports and dashboards that track sales activity, pipeline progression, lead conversion, and forecasting — all aligned with the strategic objectives of the business.
  • Business Development Board Slides: Produce and update the monthly Business Development board presentation, ensuring all performance data and narrative insights are clearly communicated.
  • Outsourced Data Collection: Collect and consolidate recurring sales and lead data from external partners or agencies supporting business development activity, including bid partners.
  • Process Support: Assist in documenting, refining, and enforcing consistent BD processes and workflows.
  • Data Management: Clean, enrich, and segment CRM data to support targeted outreach and accurate reporting.
  • Proposal and Admin Support: Support the creation of sales proposals, pitch decks, case studies, and onboarding documents.
  • Growth Marketing Support: Assist the Marketing team with events, webinars, case studies, and other growth marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business development, marketing, delivery, and leadership to ensure a smooth flow of information and priorities
