Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Executive to join our team in the Philippines. This role plays a key part in supporting our sales and operations functions through accurate order management, RMA coordination, and purchase order processing. You will work closely with regional teams to ensure smooth order flow, timely fulfillment, and excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage sales orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Handle RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers or partners. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, returns, and related documentation. Coordinate closely with the sales, logistics, and finance teams to resolve order or billing discrepancies. Support process improvement initiatives within the Sales Operations function. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales operations, order management, or related functions. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) is an advantage. DVI Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
