About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Executive with strong HubSpot CRM expertise. You will support our sales team with process optimization, reporting, and data management, ensuring smooth coordination with our US-based teams. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM – pipelines, workflows, reports, dashboards. Maintain data accuracy and hygiene across sales records. Support AEs & SDRs with lead assignment, tracking, and follow-ups. Build and maintain sales performance dashboards & reports. Drive automation and sales enablement processes. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams for alignment. Troubleshoot HubSpot issues and liaise with vendor support. Requirements 2–4 years’ experience in Sales Operations with hands-on HubSpot CRM expertise. Strong analytical, reporting, and Excel/Google Sheets skills. Excellent communication skills for global collaboration. Willingness to work night shifts (US timings). Based in/around Noida and open to work from office. Good to Have Experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Outreach. SaaS/B2B sales operations background. Knowledge of sales incentive/commission tracking.
