Sales & Operations Executive– RestorFX Dubai
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales & Operations Executive to join our team at RestorFX Dubai. If you have a passion for cars and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the flow of staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Evaluate clients’ vehicles and strategically propose services to maximize ticket sales, earning 5%-15% commission on sales.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop and implement creative strategies to attract new clients through Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok ads, influencer collaborations, and organizing car meet-ups.
- Build connections with car event coordinators to increase brand visibility and attract more clients.
- Conduct home visits to evaluate clients’ cars when needed, providing an exceptional level of service.
- Visit dealerships to establish partnerships and grow our client base.
- Minimize costs and increase efficiency during operations while improving output quality.
- Coordinate with supervisors for both restoration services and home service car wash operations.
- Handle logistical tasks such as picking up and delivering items for the warehouse.
Requirements:
-Experience in the UAE
- Proven experience in sales, with a strategic approach to increasing revenue.
- Knowledge of cars and automotive services.
- Strong problem-solving and quick decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for lead generation.
- Ability to manage customer interactions and ensure satisfaction.
- Valid UAE driving license.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: 5000-7500 AED per month.
