JOB TITLE: SALES OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (SAAS SOLUTIONS)

Location: On-site – UAE (Dubai / Abu Dhabi)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: AED 2,500 – 3,500/month + Performance-Based Incentives

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Sales Operations Executive to join our high-performing team in the UAE. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth execution of internal sales processes, supporting customer onboarding, managing CRM workflows, and collaborating closely with the Sales and Account Management teams.
Ideal candidates will have experience in sales coordination, SaaS operations, or customer support, and be adept at using CRM and ERP systems.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales operations, customer coordination, or SaaS support roles.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and cloud-based SaaS platforms.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with the UAE/GCC business landscape or the automotive sector is a plus.
  • UAE driving license is a bonus.
  • Arabic proficiency is a plus, though not mandatory.
